1. Do you ship to my country?
Yes, we ship to almost every country worldwide.
Please note: due to shipping restrictions, we are currently unable to ship to the following countries:
Bahamas
Yemen
Cuba
Iran
Sudan
Syria
We are continuously working to expand our shipping coverage and hope to serve these countries in the future.
2. How much does shipping cost?
Free Standard Shipping: Orders over US$69.99
Premium Shipping: US$6
Express Shipping: Starting from US$29.99
We also offer occasional sitewide free shipping promotions during sale events.
Important notes:
Free shipping on orders over US$69.99 applies only to regular-priced items, not promotional free items.
Free promotional items require a shipping and handling fee of US$18, which includes processing, shipping, and customs duties.
Final shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on the weight of your order and your shipping location.
3. How long will my order take to arrive?
Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time
(This does not include customs delays, weekends, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.)
Processing time: 2–5 business days
Express shipping (FedEx/DHL): 6–8 business days
Standard shipping: 7–20 business days

4. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
You can track your order directly through our website by clicking Track My Order.
If you encounter any issues, you may also track your package at: 17track.net.
5. Why hasn’t my tracking information updated yet?
If your order is handmade in Tibet or Nepal, it may take 3–5 days for tracking updates to appear. This is because the package first travels inland to the international shipping center, where it is scanned and entered into the system. Please allow a few days for the information to be updated.
6. What if my package does not arrive?
If you have not received your package within 60 days of shipment, please contact us at contact@mail.buddhastoneshop.com.
We will either:

Provide you with a full refund.
