After you place an order with BuddhaObject, we need a short time to process and prepare your items for shipment. Processing usually takes 1–3 business days, depending on the product and order volume.
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your package. Please note that tracking details may take up to 24–48 hours to appear on the courier’s system after your package has been shipped.
If you have not received your shipping confirmation email within a few days of placing your order, we recommend checking your spam or promotions folder. If it is still missing, contact our customer support team with your order number and we will assist you.
